If you see something tempting in one of our cases, please ask for a taste. Often, we have sample baskets or plates of the most scrumptious cheeses, cookies, breads, sauces and more out on the counter—just help yourself! But we also conduct slightly more formal tastings. Cheeses are often being sampled on Saturdays. Currently scheduled tastings are listed here. AS OF NOW NONE SCHEDULED. On Friday, October 10, at 12 noon, we will have a Grand Baguette-Breaking--with a specially baked Giant Baguette!--to mark the formal opening of our newly remodeled store. Come by the new Tower Atrium at our south entrance and join in! On Saturday, October 11, we will be celebrating the 18th anniversary of the Ithaca Bakery, at our Meadow Street location. This occasion will be even more special than in the past because of our extensive new store renovations. Make sure to come in! Surprises will happen throughout the day! From 11am - 2pm, servers will be passing all kinds of premium treats: Ciao Bella gelato and sorbet, Duck Trap salmon, mini-desserts, and hors d'oeuvres. It couldn't be more of a party...
