Hazelnut Raspberry: Four layers of Hazelnut genoise moistened with kirsch flavored syrup, filled with Raspberry preserves and iced with Hazelnut buttercream. Garnished with toasted Hazelnuts.

Carrot Cake: Two very dense layers of Carrot Cake, iced with sweet cream cheese icing. Sides are coated with toasted coconut.

Raspberry Ganache: Four layers of golden layer cake moistened with Raspberry syrup, filled with chocolate ganache and Raspberry preserves, and iced with a Raspberry buttercream.

If you are serving a large crowd, you may wish to supplememnt with our mini-desserts. Also, if you plan to save the top layer of the cake, subtract 15 to 20 servings.

Choices:

From deep swirls of luscious buttercream frosting to artful cake-top arrangements of seasonal flowers, greens or even fruit to compliment your florist's designs, from traditional to offbeat, the Bakery pastry team can do it all.

We are happy to style your cake according to your color scheme and decorations.

Flavors, fillings and buttercreams available to mix and match include:

Cake: Chocolate Devil's Food, Hazelnut Genoise, Carrot, Lemon, Golden Layer, Almond.

Frosting/Buttercream: French Vanilla (yellow tint), Vanilla, Chocolate, Almond, Hazelnut, Lemon. Or choose Cream Cheese Frosting.

Filling: Strawberry Preserves, Raspberry Preserves, Chocolate Ganache, Lemon, Fresh Fruit (additional charge)

Nuts: Chopped Hazelnuts, Chopped Almonds, Chopped Walnuts.

Delivery

Our delivery charge is $30 within Ithaca city limits. Delivery outside the city will be charged at an additional $2 per loaded mile (based on Mapquest calculations). Cakes with columns must be assembled by our staff onsite so a delivery charge is automatically added to a columns cake order.
You may also arrange to pick up your cake yourself at the Ithaca Bakery on Meadow St.

Payment

Due in full when the order is placed. This amount is 50% refundable up until 30 days prior to the event. No refunds will be made within 30 days of the event.

We're seeking to build our image library of high-quality cake pictures and if you are willing to share a photo of your cake, taken by your professional wedding photographer, we'll send you a $20 Gift Card, good for any products or services at any of our five stores, in return.
