Torta Italiana Four layers of rum-flavored devil's food, with sweet ricotta cheese filling, chocolate buttercream, candied orange peel and marzipan decorations.

Chocolate Truffle Cake Four layers of golden cake, kirsch-flavored, with rich chocolate filling and mocha buttercream icing.

Old Fashioned Coconut Cake Delectable coconut cake layers with coconut custard, coconut buttercream, and flaked coconut.

Bella Donna Four devil's food layers, moistened with Chambord, filled with white chocolate mousse & decorated with chocolate buttercream, semi-sweet chocolate and edible gold 

Carrot Cake  two very rich dense layers of carrot cake, iced with sweet cream cheese icing. The two sides are coated with toasted coconut and it is decorated with marzipan carrots and sprigs of cedar.

Chocolate Regal Rich, dense, chocolate fudge-like, fourless torte. Glazed with marjolaine glaze and decorated on top with "R's" in semi-sweet chocolate. 

Chocolate Hazelnut Torte Layers of hazelnut genoise, devil's food, raspberry preserves and hazelnut butter-cream covered in chocolate buttercream and a marjolaine glaze. 

Black Raspberry Torte chocolate devils' food cake soaked with raspberry simple syrup. Filled with raspberry preserves. Iced with vanilla buttercream. Sides covered with chocolate cake crumbs.
